I've had a longstanding history of issues with my mouth after seeing dentists, and it took me a long time to find one that I liked. When my previous dentist retired, I was leary about looking for a new one again, so I just stopped going. My husband recently cracked his crown, and came home raving about how informative and helpful Dr. Olivia was when he went in to Florence Smiles to have it repaired. I figured I'd try again and made an appointment to see Dr. Olivia. When I went in to the office, the people were kind, helpful, and patient with my hundred questions about billing/ insurance. When I had imaging done, the tech (Brooke) was attentive, outgoing, and friendly (which really helped ease my nerves.) Dr. Olivia replaced an old filling that had fallen out, and I was so impressed at how she listened to me about other concerns/ things I need to have taken care of, how she taught me a lot about teeth and explained my x-rays to me, and how gentle both she and Brooke were. The two of them worked really well together as a team while replacing my filling, and for the first time ever it didn't hurt at all. So far, the filling feels really good, and I will 100% be back for regular care. I'm looking forward to taking care of my teeth again.
